I Just Installed A Few Occupancy Sensor Switches Round My Home And I`ve Been Actually Pleased With How Well They Work And How Much Comfort They Supply. I Determined That It Can Be Nice To Have One In
I just installed a few occupancy sensor switches round my home and I`ve been actually pleased with how well they work and how much comfort they supply. I determined that it can be nice to have one in my garage, however the one problem is that I cannot discover a setting on my swap that may allow me to bypass the occupancy sensor and keep the lights on until I manually flip them off! For the most half I`m normally simply in and out of my storage in a few minutes. But when I`m engaged on a automobile or doing something else that might keep me outa sight lengthy enough for the occupancy sensor to timeout, the lights would then flip of leaving me in the dead of night! The mannequin I have is a Leviton IPS02. I also checked out one other mannequin they had a home Depot made by Lutron which will will let you manually turn the lights OFF and keep them off for a certain amount of time, but it won`t allow you to turn them ON and keep them ON. So I am questioning if anybody is aware of of an occupancy sensor that has a Handbook ON/Guide OFF mode, or even an AUTO ON/Manual OFF mode. All I can find are ones that enable for https://visual.ly/users/ankersenherman925/portfolio AUTO ON/OFF Guide ON/AUTO OFF. I am unable to consider they would not just make this an option. I know I could just wire a separate swap but significantly it doesn`t make any sense when this is something so easy that would easily be incorporated into these already expensive occupancy switches!
